USA Esports is governed by a structure built on transparency, accountability, and, most importantly, athlete voice. Our Board of Directors provides strategic oversight and organizational leadership, setting the direction for USA Esports. A minimum of one-third of all seats on the board and in committees are reserved for athletes who have competed at the highest levels, ensuring that the people who represent our nation at the highest levels of competition have a meaningful role in shaping the decisions that affect them.

Day-to-day operations are led by our staff, who carry out the mission of the organization and support our athletes, programs, and partners. Alongside them, our volunteers bring passion and expertise to the work of building esports infrastructure across the country. USA Esports is also in the process of forming a number of specialized committees—such as High Performance, Athletes Advisory Council, Nominating & Electing, Athlete Safety, and Ethics & Grievances—which will be announced as they are established. Together, this structure reflects our commitment to building an organization that is by the esports community, for the esports community.
